How to download a finished image
- Open the advert from your dashboard or the image history.
- Download the image.
- The image saves to your device's default download location.
What format are downloads?
Images download as high-resolution JPEG files. The resolution is consistent across Free, Pro and Ultra — there's no lower-quality download on the Free plan.
Downloading a whole advert at once
If an advert has several photos, you don't have to download them one at a time. Open the advert and select Download All — Motuva bundles every photo in that advert into a single ZIP file and downloads it to your device.
Can someone else on my team access the images?
Images you generate are stored in your account. If your team members have their own Motuva accounts, they have their own image histories. At the moment, shared team libraries are not available — each account is independent.
How long are images stored?
Your finished images are kept on our servers for 30 days. During that time they're available in your account to view and download whenever you need them. After 30 days they're moved into archive storage rather than deleted. The practical takeaway: download anything you want to keep readily to hand within the first 30 days, so it's always saved on your own device.
Image quality and watermarks
All images — on every plan including Free — are full quality with no watermark. What you download is ready to upload to your listing platform directly.
