Every advert works through four stages, shown on its card. You can leave the page while it works: it carries on without you.
The stages
- Your photos are in line: waiting for its turn.
- Setting up your studio: getting your background and branding ready.
- Creating your photos: it counts the photos as they're done.
- Finishing up: the final touches before it lands in your gallery.
On the Free plan, an advert can wait in line longer when Motuva is busy.
If it's taking a long time
If the screen says it's taking longer than expected, it's still working. Check Adverts again shortly.
If it didn't finish
The card says We couldn't finish this advert. Open the advert and select Try again. Trying again doesn't use any of your monthly images, and photos that fail are given back to your allowance.
A photo that can't be used is refused, and it uses none of your monthly images. For a photo with no car in it, or one that can't be read, the advert says: “We couldn't read one of your photos. Upload a different one — trying the same photo again won't work.”
