How to upgrade
- In the Motuva web app, go to Subscription.
- Choose Pro or Ultra.
- Check the total shown, then confirm and pay.
Your new plan starts immediately and the full monthly allowance is there straight away — you don't wait for your next billing date. If you're already paying, you pay a prorated amount for the rest of this cycle; if this is your first paid plan, you're charged for a full cycle today. Either way the exact total is shown before you confirm.
Moving down instead
Ultra to Pro takes effect at your next billing date, not today: you keep the plan you're on and its full allowance until then, and nothing is charged. Going back to Free is a cancellation — see Cancel anytime.
Monthly, or once a year
Pro and Ultra are billed monthly, and you can cancel whenever you like. If you'd rather pay once a year, Motuva Signature is a twelve-month membership, paid upfront.
In the Motuva app
Upgrading isn't in the app. Subscription shows the plan you're on and points you to the web to manage it. Under Account, select Manage on the web, then follow the steps above.
