How to cancel
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. We ask why you're leaving — answering is optional.
When it actually ends
Not today. You keep your plan and its full allowance until the end of the period you've already paid for — the date is shown before you confirm, and again on Subscription. After it you move to Free, and there's no refund for the rest of the cycle.
If a payment has already failed, you move to Free straight away and we write off what's outstanding.
What you keep
Your account, photos, adverts, studios and renders. Only the plan ends. To come back: Subscription > Reactivate subscription.
