You can cancel your Motuva subscription at any time. No calls, no notice period, no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your plan is cancelled immediately.
What happens after you cancel
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan (20 images a month, studio library only). You don't lose your account or your existing images.
There's no refund on the remaining billing period
If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of that month. We don't refund the unused portion of the billing period.
Re-subscribing
If you cancel and want to come back, sign in and go to Subscription to re-subscribe. Your previous images are still in your account.
Close your account entirely
Cancelling a paid plan returns you to Free. If you want to close your account and delete your data entirely, see Close account.
