How to stop it renewing
- Go to Subscription.
- Select Cancel renewal.
Or ask us and we'll do it for you.
What that does, and what it doesn't
Turning off renewal stops the next charge. It doesn't end the term you've already paid for: your membership and everything in it run to the end of your twelve months.
There's no mid-term downgrade. You've paid for the full term, so there's no smaller plan to move to during it.
There's no refund
The membership fee isn't refundable, from the moment the payment is taken. Cancelling stops your renewal; it doesn't refund the term you've already paid for, in whole or in part. There's no trial period and no money-back guarantee.
If something has gone wrong, tell us before you cancel. Most problems are ours to fix, and we'd rather fix them than have you out of pocket.
At the end of the term
You're offered a monthly plan as well as Free, so your account isn't moved without that choice being put to you first. Anything that depends on the membership stops working, API keys among them, and you're told what will stop before it does.
Cancelling a monthly plan is a different thing — see Cancel anytime. The full terms are the ones you accepted.
