Verify your email

When you sign up, Motuva emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the Verify your email screen to finish creating your account.

How to verify

1. Open the email from Motuva. The code is at the start of its subject line.
2. Enter the 6 digits on the Verify your email screen.
3. Select Verify email.

Motuva then takes you through setting up your studio, your branding, plate covers and your profile. After that, see Your first image (step-by-step).

If the code doesn't arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Under Didn't get it?, select Resend code for a fresh one.
• If you typed the wrong address, select Start over under Wrong email? and sign up again.
• Finish in the same browser tab you signed up in. For your security, the last step can't be completed from another tab.

If the code is refused

• If the screen says the code has expired, select Resend code for a new one.
• If it says there have been too many incorrect attempts, wait and try again later. The screen says how long.
