This is the right question to ask. Here's a straight answer.
The honest picture
Studio doesn't redraw your car. It cuts the car out of your photo, renders your studio from the same camera angle, and places the car in it with a matching shadow. The paint, badges, trim and wheels are the ones in your photo, and the same photo in the same studio always comes out the same.
So the car won't come out different from your photo. What can let a result down is the photo itself: the light it was taken in, the reflections in the paint, or something touching the car. How this differs from a generated image is in How AI-generated differs from edited photos.
What this means for your listings
Most results are ready to use. When one isn't, change what goes in:
- Use a better source photo, taken in even light with the car on its own.
- Try a different studio.
- If only the plate is wrong, change that photo's Plate cover.

Does it look like AI?
Not in the ways people usually worry about. The worry that AI images look like AI is mostly about generated faces, people and text, and Studio doesn't generate any of those, or your car. Your studio is rendered to match the camera angle of your photo, and the car gets a matching shadow, which is what stops it looking pasted on.
The plate is either your branded plate cover or the car's own plate, exactly as photographed. It's still worth checking before a photo goes live.
Is it the same as photography?
Not quite. The car is your photograph; the studio around it is rendered, not photographed. For a listing, the result does the job of a studio photograph, but they're made differently, and we won't claim otherwise.
Should I still do a quality check?
Yes. Review every image before you upload it to a listing, however it was made.
