Who handles your data
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Motuva Enterprise is provided by MotorCut Ltd, trading as Motuva. These are the companies that handle data for us, what each one sees, and where.
We email the owners of every Motuva Enterprise account at least 30 days before we add or replace a company that handles your pictures. You can object, as our Data Processing Agreement explains. We update this page at the same time.
Companies that handle your pictures
These companies help us make and deliver your pictures. For this data you are the controller and we are your processor, and they are our sub-processors.

| Amazon Web Services | Runs our servers, database and storage, and delivers your finished pictures | Photos, finished pictures, logos, your references and metadata, and the details of your account | London, United Kingdom. Database backup copies in Ireland | Part of AWS's service terms |
| RunPod (Runpod Inc., United States) | Runs the servers on which our picture engine makes your pictures | Photos and logos while each picture is made, and the finished picture. Never your company name or your references | Romania, European Union | Signed by us on 11 October 2026 |
| Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) | Protects and carries traffic to our API and to RunPod's servers | Photos and finished pictures passing through, encrypted, and the requests your systems send us | Its network, nearest to each connection | Part of Cloudflare's terms |

How long they keep it. Your photos and finished pictures are deleted from our storage 30 days after the job. On RunPod's servers, working copies are deleted within 24 hours and logs within 7 days. Our delivery network keeps no copy. The full schedule is in our retention statement.
RunPod's own suppliers. RunPod uses its own suppliers to run its platform. They are listed on RunPod's website.

Moving data outside the UK and the European Union
- Your pictures are stored in London and processed in Romania. The European Union recognises the UK's data protection as adequate, and UK law allows transfers to the European Union.
- Where a company above is based in the United States or another country, its data agreement with us includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK's addendum to them, or it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.
