Motuva's billing is flat and predictable. Here's how it works.
Monthly billing
Pro and Ultra are billed monthly on the same date each month — the date you first paid.
Pro and Ultra are billed monthly. If you'd rather pay once a year, Motuva Signature is a twelve-month membership, paid upfront.
See Pricing for the current price of each plan in your currency. To change the card we charge, see Update your card; for your receipts, see Get your invoices.
No credit system
Motuva does not use credits, tokens, image packs or points. You pay a flat monthly price and you get your plan's image allowance for the month. There's nothing to top up, nothing to buy on top, and nothing that expires mid-month.
This is intentional. The credit-based billing model in the imaging industry is designed to encourage you to buy more than you need and lose what you don't use. We don't do that.
No rollover
Unused images from one month do not carry over to the next. On a paid plan your allowance resets at the start of each billing month; on Free it resets on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC.
If you're consistently running out before the month is up, the right move is to upgrade to a higher plan — not to stockpile images in advance.
No minimum term on Pro and Ultra
Pro and Ultra have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time — see Cancel anytime. Signature runs for its full twelve months; cancelling stops the renewal rather than ending the term — see Cancel your Signature membership.
No refunds
There's no refund window and no money-back guarantee. The Free plan is how you try Motuva — try it first, pay only when you're confident it works for you.
Currency and VAT
Motuva is priced in GBP for UK subscribers. Prices exclude tax: UK VAT at 20% is added to GBP subscriptions, and no tax is added to EUR or USD subscriptions. See Currency & VAT.
