How Much Does Spyne Cost? (What We Could Verify)

Spyne pricing is not publicly listed — both plans are quote-based. Here is what we could verify, what to ask on the quote call, and how flat rates compare.

Written by Andre, Team Motuva5 min read

The direct answer: Spyne does not publish its pricing. As of 28 August 2026, Spyne's own pricing page lists two plans — Lite and Pro — and both lead to a "Talk To Sales" button. No numbers appear anywhere on the page.

That is not a criticism in itself. It is a deliberate choice, and it tells you something useful about what Spyne is and who it is built for. This article covers what Spyne does say publicly, what that means for you as a buyer, and exactly what to ask if you decide to take the quote call.

One thing this article will not do is guess. You will find third-party review sites quoting monthly figures for Spyne. Those reports vary, they are not verifiable against anything Spyne publishes, and the supplier does not confirm them — so we do not repeat them as the price.

What Spyne publicly says about its pricing

Here is everything Spyne's pricing page (spyne.ai/pricing, checked at time of writing) actually tells you:

  • Two tiers. Lite ("Premium Vehicle Listings On Day Zero") and Pro ("For Dealerships Seeking Maximum Conversions").
  • No prices. Both tiers route to "Talk To Sales."
  • Tailored quotes. Spyne's own FAQ states that pricing is tailored based on monthly inventory volume, number of rooftops, and the selected feature set.

In other words: the price you pay depends on the size of your operation and what you negotiate. Two dealers using the same product can be paying different amounts.

This is a standard enterprise sales model. Spyne is a well-funded platform with a deep feature set — AI photography, 360-degree tours, video, inventory integrations — built primarily for dealer groups and marketplaces that buy through a sales process. If that is you, the model works as intended.

If you are an independent dealer who wants to know the price before speaking to anyone, the model is a mismatch before the first call. The broader breakdown of what each approach costs dealers is in what car photo editing actually costs.

What "quote-based" means for you in practice

Unpublished pricing shifts work onto the buyer. With a published price list, you compare numbers in five minutes. With a quote-based model, you have to:

  1. Book a demo and sit through it.
  2. Describe your volume and rooftops so the quote can be built.
  3. Negotiate — knowing the seller has done this thousands of times and you have not.
  4. Read the contract carefully, because the structure (credits, terms, overage) matters as much as the headline number.

None of that is unreasonable for a large group buying a platform. It is a lot of process for an independent dealer who wants studio-quality listing photos.

The quote-call checklist

If you do take the call, the headline monthly figure is the least important thing to pin down. Quote-based, usage-metered platforms can vary widely in how the contract behaves once you are inside it. Ask these, and get the answers in writing:

  • How is usage measured — and do credits or allowances expire? If your allowance resets monthly with no rollover, a quiet month is money spent on nothing. The mechanics of metered pricing are covered in flat-rate vs credit pricing.
  • What is the per-image overage charge? A busy month should not be a penalty. Ask for the exact per-image rate above your allowance.
  • What is the minimum contract term? Monthly, annual, multi-year? What is the exit clause?
  • Is there an onboarding or setup fee? One-off fees are often quoted separately from the monthly figure.
  • What happens to the price at renewal? First-year pricing and second-year pricing are not always the same number.
  • Is pricing per rooftop? If you open a second site, does your bill double?
  • What is included vs add-on? 360 spin, video, and integrations may be separately priced features, not plan inclusions.

If a sales team will not put these answers in writing, that is information too.

How Motuva prices, for contrast

Motuva publishes everything, and the price is the same whoever you are:

  • Free — £0/month. 20 images a month. Full output quality, no watermark, access to the studio library. No card required.
  • Pro — £49/month. 150 images a month, plus build-your-own studio configurations.
  • Ultra — £99/month. Unlimited images, plus API access (the API is Ultra-only).
  • Enterprise — contact us for bespoke volume.

No credit system. No expiry. No top-up packs. No demo call to find out the number. Full pricing →

To be fair in both directions: Motuva and Spyne are not the same product. Spyne's enterprise feature depth — 360 tours, video walkthroughs, group-level integrations — is real, and a 500-car-a-month group operation may genuinely need it. Motuva is built for the independent and small-group dealer who wants professional listing photos at a published flat rate. The full feature-by-feature breakdown is in our Spyne comparison.

The honest summary

  • Spyne's price is not publicly listed — quote-based, confirmed on their own pricing page at time of writing.
  • Third-party figures circulating online are not verifiable and we do not cite them as the price.
  • If you take the quote call, the contract structure — expiry, overage, term, renewal — matters more than the headline number.
  • If you want a published price you can compare today, that category exists: Motuva starts free, and the paid tiers are £49 and £99 a month, listed in full above. We've also rounded up the wider field in Spyne alternatives for car dealers.

Pricing and page contents were checked on 28 August 2026 and may change — always confirm on the supplier's own site before making a decision.
