You own your images
The images you generate using Motuva belong to you. Motuva does not claim ownership of the output, does not license it back to you and does not use your generated images for advertising without your permission.
Your source photos
The car photos you upload are used to generate your images. Motuva uses them for that purpose. Your uploaded photos are not shared, sold or used to train third-party AI models.
How your images are stored
Generated images are stored on our servers for 30 days, during which they're available in your account to view and download at any time. After 30 days they're moved into longer-term archive storage rather than deleted. Download anything you want to keep on hand within that first 30-day window so it's always one click away. If you close your account, your images are deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Account data
The account information you provide — email address, dealership name — is used to operate your account and, if you contact us, to respond to you. It's not sold to third parties.
Payment data
Card details are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Motuva stores a payment reference but not your full card details.
