When it renews
Automatically, at the end of each twelve-month term, unless you turn renewal off before the term ends.
What you pay
What you paid to join. Your renewal price is locked: for as long as your membership renews without a break, it renews at the price you joined at, even if the list price rises. If your membership lapses and you rejoin later, you rejoin at the price in force then.
Where VAT applies, it's added at the rate on the renewal date — see Currency & VAT.
You're told twice, in advance
We email you 30 days before each renewal and again 7 days before. Each email states the renewal date and the exact amount.
If a renewal payment fails
Your account isn't closed and your membership isn't ended. You keep the adverts you've already made, and you can view and download them. You can't start new image processing until the payment is settled. When it is, everything is restored without you asking, and your new term runs from the original renewal date — so you lose no day you've paid for.
