What format are downloads?
Photos come out as JPG unless you choose PNG under Account > Preferences, in Download format. The choice applies to adverts you create after changing it; an advert keeps the format it was made in. The resolution is consistent across Free, Pro and Ultra — there's no lower-quality download on the Free plan.
Can someone else on my team access the images?
Images you generate are stored in your account. If your team members have their own Motuva accounts, they have their own image histories. At the moment, shared team libraries are not available — each account is independent.
How long are images stored?
Your finished images stay in your account with no time limit, and you can view and download them again whenever you need them.
Image quality and watermarks
All images — on every plan including Free — are full quality with no watermark. What you download is ready to upload to your listing platform directly.
