Reset password

If you can't sign in because you've forgotten your password, here's how to reset it.

Reset your password

1. Go to the Motuva sign-in page.
2. Select Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
3. Enter the email address you signed up with.
4. Select Send reset link.
5. Open the email from Motuva and select the reset link.
6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
7. Select Reset password.

You'll be signed in to your account immediately.

If the reset email didn't arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you're using the email address you originally signed up with — not an alias or a different address.
• Wait a minute or two and try again.

If you've tried multiple times and still can't get the email, contact us with the email address on the account and we'll help you in.

Choosing a new password

Any password of 8 characters or more works. There's no character restriction, but longer passwords are meaningfully more secure.
