When you create an account, we send a short code to the email address you signed up with. Enter it to confirm your account and start making images.
Enter your code
- Open the email from Motuva. The subject line is "Confirm your Motuva account".
- Copy the code from the email.
- Paste it into the verification screen in the app.
- Select Continue.
Your account is now active. You can make your first image straight away.
If the email didn't arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails occasionally land there.
- Make sure the address is right. If you mistyped it during sign-up, close the tab, go back to the sign-up page and start again with the correct address.
- Select "Resend code" on the verification screen. This sends a fresh code to the same address.
- Allow a minute or two. Email delivery is usually instant but can occasionally take a moment.
If you've tried all of the above and the email still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll fix it.
